Through our many programs, radio show, social events and community outreach, we help others to make informed intelligent choices for themselves and the planet. In a world facing many urgent environmental issues, from loss of biodiversity and resource depletion, to climate change and the needed, rapid transition from dirty fossil fuels to clean, renewable energy, our goal is to educate and inspire people about the unique power and beneficial impact of plant-based eating as part of an overall body and planet-friendly lifestyle. So much of our nation's biggest killers, from heart disease to cancer, stroke, diabetes and more, are largely preventable... once you learn the power of your plate.
