Earth Month: Insights on Living Green
A Discussion On Our Whys & Hows of Living A Sustainable Life
LISTEN HERE: Earth Month Insights on Green Living: A Discussion of the Whys & Hows
Show Description:
Every year Earth Month presents an opportunity for each of us to take a deeper look at the impact of our personal and collective choices on our planet’s life support system. And as the name implies, these are the very resources that are needed to support all life on Earth–from the air we breathe, the water we drink, to the land that provides our food!
Join HealthyPlanet’s Bob DiBenedetto and four other long-time environmental advocates and friends, Katherine Congdon, Bettina Barbier, Jennifer Grace, and Eric Eaton, for a discussion of both their motivations and some of their favorite tips for going green. Don’t worry; making better choices for our health and our ecosystem need not be either difficult or expensive. In fact, since environmentally friendly decisions are often a matter of choosing the more efficient path, going green usually means saving a whole lot of green $$$. Truly a win-win.
And since going green requires getting informed and transitioning to new ways of thinking and spending our money, here are links to just some of the many resources discussed on this show:
